LORD NEIL BENJAMIN GIBSON COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF TRUST INVESTMENT BANK LIMITED

As of early November, Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson, via SFBBL AG, successfully completed a creative, limited merger with Trust Investment Bank Limited, a reputable, full banking institution with headquarters in Lahore, Pakistan. The transaction resulted in a 10% equity stake as part of the owner group, including a seat on the Board of Directors.

Trust Investment Bank Limited was the result of an international travel campaign to further and finalize a number of well-time business opportunities in Pakistan, specifically the areas of Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi, having identified that part of the world as “emerging”, and finally ripe for investment and major development.

"Pakistan is completely misrepresented to the American and European population through media portrayals showing the area as undeveloped and antagonistic towards westerners,' Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson stated during a telephone interview from London.  "I personally can attest to the fact that the cities are completely cosmopolitan, the highways are modern and the citizens are in no way aggressive to westerners."

Going back some months, Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson has openly stated on multiple occasions the growing strengths in the Pakistani financial markets, and that with the right infrastructure, Pakistan will most likely become one of the stronger countries for long term investments and healthy short term gains. The acquisition of Trust Investment Bank Limited further proves Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson’s commitment toward investing in Pakistan, gaining the attention of a number of watchful hedge funds and investment firms, and once again leading the way innovatively.

The partnership with the Trust Investment Bank, founded in 1992, expands the institution’s current 11 branches through the country, including a developing branch in Dubai. The bank is an institutional lending and speculative investment group comprised of more than 40 highly educated managers, offering loans from automotive to agricultural products. Trust Investment Bank’s portfolio strength lies in its diversity, making the institution healthy enough for expanding into new markets outside of Pakistan and into other Middle Eastern countries. Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson’s involvement reinforces that position and solidifies his faith in the Pakistani economy.

“The future is bright for Pakistan. I am extremely pleased to be a part of it and encourage others to look closely at what this great country has to offer,” concluded Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson.

Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson is an accomplished world humanitarian and businessman, presently working with SFBBL AG, a Swiss based company, along with the SEED Foundation, a registered 501(c)3. Collectively their efforts are to further the lives of impoverished communities through low cost, shipping container housing along with enhancing the local economy.

LORD NEIL BENJAMIN GIBSON’S OBSERVATION OF PAKISTAN’S ECONOMY

It’s of little surprise that many savvy investors and financial analysts are paying close attention to where Pakistan goes next in the world market. Despite a series of, what seemed to be endlessly, local environmental, communal and political turmoil, the county, regardless of population growth rate, has shown steady improvement.

This kind of upward economic consistency is what major super power, first world developed countries stay up late at night worrying and praying for. However, Pakistan seems to have accomplished such a feat, even in the midst of problematic decades the nation has had to face.

The World Bank in April earlier this year, 2014, commented the following.

“Inflation is steady at 7.9%. The fiscal deficit is contained at around six percent of GDP due to improved tax collection and restricted current and development expenditure. The current account deficit remains modest, at around one percent of GDP, supported by strong remittances and export dynamism, and the external position is slowly improving since monetary and exchange rate policies switched gear towards rebuilding reserves last November.

Economic activity is gradually improving says the report. Preliminary data for Fiscal Year 2014 (July 2013-June 2014) shows economic growth is picking up, driven mainly by services and manufacturing. Acceleration in growth of large-scale manufacturing came from strong performance of agro-based industries, iron and steel, construction, and external demand-driven cotton yarn- and fabrics-based textiles.”

Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson has been among the few that has identified the opportunities in Pakistan, and has been set in helping to further Pakistan. Among Lord Neil Gibson’s projects, the ISBU Housing Project remains one of the most important.

Lord Neil B. Gibson commented, “With the last few years natural disaster and political unrest tragedies, many people have become homeless and in dire need of housing. Pakistanis are hard working and intelligent people, but when they are struggling for shelter, not only for themselves but their families, productivity naturally is effected. Survival instincts kick in. It’s only natural that everything else becomes secondary. Give them housing, the basics to live, and watch how these people will contribute to their country and then the world.”

Lord Gibson and SFBBL AG through the SEED Foundation have been developing and preparing a Pakistan-specific housing project using discarded ISBU structures (storage container units) as an immediate, highly cost effective means to solve the overwhelming residential housing issues plaguing the nation.

“Shipping container homes are incredible durable and extraordinarily cost efficient by comparison to other, arguably traditional style housing. The time to build is dramatically less that other types of housing, and with architects and interior design technology what it has become today, shipping container homes are on par if not surpass the design of the home models,” concluded Neil Gibson.

“We are living in a time where thought and technology no longer lag behind one another, and the means to orchestrate change can be communicated in seconds.”

LORD NEIL BENJAMIN GIBSON DISCUSSES SHIPPING CONTAINER HOUSING EXAMPLE: OFF SHORE TRAVELER

Since the 1960s, discarded containers have been utilized by the United States military, initially as fully functioning, secure and mobile hospitals. Today, they are used for a variety of functions, from mobile to permanent housing.

Shipping containers are formally identified as Inter Model Steel Building Units (ISBU), and in agreement with Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson’s opinion as the ideal construct for low cost, highly efficient, long term housing. ISBUs are among the strongest stationary structures in the world, composed of corten steel, able to withstand extensive environmental attacks such as hurricanes, tornados, typhoons and even earthquakes, making them uniquely durable, and capable of carrying 30 tons of cargo. The average shipping containers are 40 feet in length by 8 feet wide and 9.5 feet high.

Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson and SFBBL AG through the SEED Foundation have created an approach to using ISBUs, shipping containers, as part of an eco-village design to provide relief to the homeless, and implement extended resolve to what has been an on going issue.

Shipping container housing provides a unique kind of structure that offers a wide assortment of options.

One such option involved a robust, fully mobile accommodation unit that sleeps 2 staff members in a container that is 20 x 8 ft, for a total 160 sqf.

The unit is equipped with a complete bathroom (prefabricated- composite), bunk bed, desk and chair, 2 lockers, separate cabinet that also houses the hot water tank for the shower and the other services. With standard waterproof connections outside the unit for easy connection to the services, the units can be deployed quickly. The window above the desk is also equipped with steel storm shutters for harsh conditions that provides additional security.

The walls have additional reinforcement and insulation for on board conditions on ships: when secured on a deck they can immediately serve as accommodation. A separate A/C unit is provided that can be installed with a special frame on the facade of the container during use as an accommodation for cold and hot air, including ventilation, which can also be easily folded away during transport.

The floor is finished with heavy duty vinyl, for easy cleaning. The sound insulation all around guarantees optimal conditions for undisturbed resting / sleeping. The original container doors are not removed, making this unit ideal for safe storage and protection for stormy conditions. The units can be stacked 6 high as any standard ISO dry freight container, which is the basis for these units. When equipped with separate staircases and walkways, it is simple to put together a complete building in no time.

This is the kind of individual, pre-fabricated, durable unit that can be easily transported and constructed on delivery as an immediate means of shelter.

Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson is currently working with a number of governments to begin the first phase of a housing project that uses shipping containers almost entirely.

LORD NEIL BENJAMIN GIBSON DISCUSSES SHIPPING CONTAINER HOUSING EXAMPLE: FESTIVILLA

Inter Model Steel Building Units (ISBU), as identified by Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson, remain an ideal construct for housing options.

One such example of ISBUs, or shipping containers as they are often referred, can be seen through the specially built luxury minihotel unit: 2 rooms in one 20 ft container in Denmark for the Festivilla rock music event that attracts over 50,000 spectators during the 5 days. In order to offer top accommodation on the festival ground, the hotel unit was developed and designed to be portable. It contains a double bed, full bathroom, heating and ventilation and high quality finishes. The entire unit was designed for quick installation and simple storage and removal.

Such an approach, once again, reveals the practical and diverse methods shipping containers can be used in providing shelter, even under mobile, situational scenarios.

ISBUs are among the strongest stationary structures in the world, able to withstand enormous environmental attacks such as hurricanes, tornados, typhoons and even earthquakes. Every shipping container is designed to carry at least 30 tons of cargo and is composed of corten steel making it’s construction very durable, capable of withstanding the rigors of ocean travel. Typically, each shipping container is 40 feet in length by 8 feet wide and 9.5 feet.

Similarly, Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson, through SFBBL AG and the SEED Foundation, has been working to arrange shipping containers as low income housing, for the needy and homeless around the world.

LORD NEIL BENJAMIN GIBSON DISCUSSES SHIPPING CONTAINER HOUSING EXAMPLE: SERVOTEL, HAITI

Inter Model Steel Building Units (ISBU), as identified by Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson, remain an ideal construct for housing options and are mong the strongest stationary structures in the world, composed of corten steel, able to withstand extensive environmental attacks such as hurricanes, tornados, typhoons and even earthquakes, making them uniquely durable, and capable of carrying 30 tons of cargo. The average shipping containers are 40 feet in length by 8 feet wide and 9.5 feet high.

Lord Neil Gibson and SFBBL AG through the SEED Foundation have been devising methods and implementation strategies to initiate solutions for resolving growing problems related to the impoverished and the homeless. ISBU structures, also known as shipping containers, continue to prove the most cost efficient, long term solution available today.

Since the 1960s, discarded containers have been used by the United States military as fully functioning, secure and mobile hospitals. Today, they are used for a variety of functions, from mobile to temporary to permanent housing.

Shortly after the earth quake in January 2010 in Haïti, a dire need arose to provide adequate shelters to the victims who lost their homes in the disaster. To assist with this process, a private hotel owner on the island chose to quickly have a 4 star hotel, called Servotel, built close to the national airport near the capital of Haïti, Port-au-Prince. The hotel was intended to house many international guests from the media and from NGO’s that visited the island to survey the disaster. Nearly all hotels on the island were either completely collapsed or unusable

A complete new hotel consisting of prefabricated hotel units was in less than 8 weeks designed and engineered. 72 rooms of each 4,8 x 5 m, complete with all furniture and equipment to the last detail. All rooms were designed and engineered based on European building standards. The large bathrooms fully tiled and provide high standard luxury with a bathtub, toilet, shower and sink. All rooms also have their own A/C system and digital door lock system.

The extra wide (4,8 m) design of the rooms give a very spacious look and feel, quite different from the standard hotel room width. These hotel rooms consist of the shipping container size modules that are transported separately but are connected on site. Travellers that stay in the hotel are unaware of any construction details and consistently surprised to learn the construction of their rooms came from fully finished prefabricated steel modules transformed into the gorgeous hotel building they stayed in.

"PAKISTAN MAY BE FACING THE SAME, HIGH REBUILDING COSTS AS BEFORE, BUT DON'T HAVE TO," COMMENTS LORD NEIL B. GIBSON

After the 2010 floods that devastated parts of Pakistan, NBC reported the following:

The cost of rebuilding Pakistan after its devastating floods could exceed $10 to $15 billion…He said this was a rough estimate because an assessment of the extent of the damage caused by the floods — which have affected 20 million people — had yet to be carried out.

But the number gave an indication of the scale of the reconstruction needed after the floods swept away roads, bridges and telecommunications, and destroyed crops for food supplies, exports and cotton for its vital textile industry.

"It will take at least five years," High Commissioner Wajid Shamsul Hasan told Reuters in an interview. Asked about the cost of rebuilding, he said, "I think more than $10 to $15 billion."

Here is the complete article from NBC.

Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson, in response to the recent flooding Pakistan has been experiencing, a frightening near repeat of the natural disaster events of 2010, commented, “Pakistan may not have to face the same, high rebuilding costs as before. We can offer solutions that are significantly less in construction costs, require much less time to build and substantially more effective in meeting Pakistani housing needs.”

Lord Neil Gibson is a global businessman, humanitarian and philanthropist who has retained enormous experience and success in designing, coordinating and initiating projects that have and continue to benefit the less fortunate in all walks of life.

One such project that has been of focus as of late is low income, ISBU (Inter Model Steel Building Units), or shipping container, housing project. Since the 1960s, the United States military has benefited from discarded shipping containers as structures for a variety of functions, ranging from miniature command units to extensive, fully functioning hospitals.

Neil Gibson has proposed that these shipping containers be used in such as manner as to house those who are homeless, such as the victims of the flood disaster.

The containers, as a residential domicile, will be painted with an exterior ceramic particle paint which blocks UV rays and deflects up to 94% of all heat from the sun. The interior is painted with a similar substance shielding anti-microbial forms of bacteria and fungus growth, which also assists in maintaining a comfortable living temperature inside the homes.

Additionally, ISBU structures minimally affect the surrounding green matter, leaving the natural environment largely untouched. An increased ISBU, or shipping container footprint used in this manner, incidentally, also reduces the typical daily carbon footprint significantly by comparison to more traditionally constructed housing structures.

The average build time for shipping container homes is approximately 6 months or less, naturally contingent upon the specific environment. Faster build times occur using pre-fabricated shipping container homes.

DIEMEN STUDENT HOUSING: A SHIPPING CONTAINER HOUSING EXAMPLE DISCUSSED BY LORD NEIL B. GIBSON

Near immediate, long lasting solutions to issues concerning shelters for the homeless have been driving passions for Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson and SFBBL AG, working diligently through the SEED Foundation. ISBU structures, commonly known as shipping containers, have become one of those solutions.

Discarded containers have been used by the United States military since the 1960s as fully functioning, secure and mobile hospitals. Today, they’ve become topics of intrigue and fashion statements, turning ISBU homes into excellent cost efficient shelters for the homeless and affordable housing options for the middle class, including students.

The town of Diemen borders Amsterdam to the East and like it’s neighbor, it also suffers from a severe lack in student accommodations. In response, a 250 student home building, 5 storeys, laid out as a square with a garden in the center was created. Square building designs functioned ideally when using shipping containers, as they provide additional structural integrity. All units are heated with natural gas, from a central installation located in one of the ground floor units. Concrete walkways were added as well.

December 2007 the project was initiated with the foundation and further commissioned in April 2008. Upon arrival, it took only 12 weeks to stack 250 units, an average of 4 to 5 units per day (actual stacking speed approximately 20 units a day).

The Diemen student housing project clearly made use of shipping containers in a creative and highly effective manner, creating a comparatively less expensive solution to meeting the housing needs of students.

ISBUs remain among the strongest stationary structures in the world, composed of corten steel, able to withstand extensive environmental attacks such as hurricanes, tornados, typhoons and even earthquakes, making them uniquely durable, and capable of carrying 30 tons of cargo. The average shipping containers are 40 feet in length by 8 feet wide and 9.5 feet high.

As demonstrated by the Diemen student housing project, the amount of expense and completion time related to installing and constructing ISBU homes are significantly less than more traditional housing.

COMMENTS MADE BY LORD NEIL B. GIBSON ON RECENT FLOOD DISASTER IN PAKISTAN

Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson commented on the recent events in Pakistan that were horrific flooding the likes the country hasn’t seen in years, a result of tumultuous rains that pounded the normally heat drenched nation.

“Our hearts and prayers are continually with the Pakistani people, as is our readiness to offer immediate solutions to the escalating housing problems that will be apparent once the water recedes,” Lord Gibson said with heart filled empathy.

Neil Gibson is a global humanitarian and businessman who has spent the last several decades helping governments, communities and markets around the world better themselves. One of his recent efforts has been in working with SFBBL AG and the SEED Foundation to provide lower income housing through shipping containers.

“Pakistan will be needing structures to help their people from the natural dangers lurking in the environment. The projected costs, much in referencing back to the previous flooding disaster, are most likely in the multiple billions, if traditional construction methods are used. Shipping container homes are easily a fraction of traditional construction costs, and far less timely to build,” Neil Benjamin Gibson further commented.

The BBC reported on September 10th:

Pakistani authorities have breached a strategic dyke in flood-affected Punjab to ease pressure on flood defences downstream and protect urban areas.

More than 700,000 villagers have been forced to flee their homes.

Much of the water is reaching Pakistan from Indian-administered Kashmir where flood levels are now falling.

There have been chaotic scenes at one of the region's main airports, Srinagar, as tourists and migrant workers struggle to leave. The death toll in the two countries has passed 450, with troops deployed to rescue people and provide assistance. The flooding is the worst Indian-administered Kashmir has seen in decades. Officials say 400,000 people are stranded there and at least 200 people have died.

Pakistan has not experienced floods as devastating since 2010 - officials say 254 people have died in the past few days.

SADC LEADERS CONFERENCED TO DISCUSS LESOTHO INCIDENT, AS LORD NEIL B. GIBSON OFFERS COMMENTS

In response to the events of late August, what has been now called an attempted coup by Deputy Prime Minister Mothetjoa Metsing against Prime Minister Tom Thabane in retaliation to the Prime Minister’s suspension of parliament, believed to be a tactic to avoid a mounting vote of no confidence, the leaders of the Southern African Community Development (SADC) conferenced over the matter earlier this September.

The iOL reported.

“Tension remains high in Lesotho, where Prime Minister Thomas Thabane is still refusing to recall parliament - as he had agreed to do last week - until the security situation had been resolved.
Zuma was in Lesotho on Tuesday to try to persuade Thabane and his chief political rival and coalition partner, Deputy Prime Minister Mothetjoa Metsing, to resolve their power struggle.
He gave Thabane, Metsing and the third coalition leader Thesele Maseribane two days to agree on when they would reopen parliament after Thabane reneged on an agreement to open it on September 19.”

The iOL further reported:

“But that did not happen. Instead, Thabane wrote to Zuma on Thursday explaining it was not feasible to reopen parliament because of the security threat presented by Lesotho Defence Force commander Tladi Kennedy Kamoli, who led a coup which briefly toppled Thabane last month and forced him to flee to South Africa.

The iOL lastly reported that, “Thabane had agreed at a previous SADC summit on September 1 he would reopen parliament on September 19. But he backed off that agreement, prompting Zuma, chairman of SADC’s security troika - to visit Lesotho on Tuesday to meet the three coalition leaders who then agreed to meet by Friday to set a new date to open parliament.”

Here is the link to the full article.

Lesotho’s royal family has and continues to work with Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson, of whom is very much aware of the pressing issues that are the country’s culture, including its present economic challenges. Efforts have been made by Lord Neil Gibson to enhance Lesotho’s people to advantageously harness the nation’s rich natural resources One method was through improvement of the Lestho’s transportation options.

“The Kingdom of Lesotho is an incredible country filled with valuable resources that will easily make the nation self sufficient, diminishing a large part of it’s impoverished population. However, without the means to deliver and transport goods, their marketplace suffers, and high poverty continues unabated,” commented Lord Gibson.

Lesotho, officially the Kingdom of Lesotho, is a landlocked country completely surrounded by South Africa. It is just over 11,583 sq mi in size and has a population of slightly over two million. Its capital and largest city is Maseru. Lesotho is a member of the Commonwealth of Nations. About 40% of the population lives below the international poverty line of US $1.25 a day.

AUGUST EVENTS IN LESOTHO, COMMENTS BY LORD NEIL B. GIBSON

During late August, Prime Minister Tom Thabane was safely escorted back to his home in the capital of Lesotho, as a result of fleeing what has been labeled as an attempted coup by Deputy Prime Minister Mothetjoa Metsing August 30th, fueled by the nation’s military.

The military are believed to be supporters of Metsing, with an attempted coup further thought to be in response to Thabane’s suspension of parliament sessions in June earlier this summer, a strategy many interpreted as a maneuver by the prime minister to avoid a mounting vote of no confidence amid feuding in his coalition.

The BBC reported:

Lesotho's Prime Minister Thomas Thabane has returned home after fleeing the mountain kingdom to neighbouring South Africa on Saturday.

At the time he said the military had staged a coup - a charge it denied. Regional leaders rejected his call for troops to be deployed to restore order.

The unrest is thought to be linked to a struggle between Mr Thabane, reportedly supported by the police, and Deputy Prime Minister Mothetjoa Metsing, said to have the loyalty of the army.

Here is the complete article.

The Guardian further wrote:

Lesotho's exiled prime minister has called on neighbouring South Africa to send troops to the tiny mountain kingdom after accusing the military of seizing power in a coup. Tom Thabane fled to South Africa on Saturday in fear of his life after the military surrounded his residence and attacked police headquarters, killing one officer and confiscating weapons. Since then there have been reports of hundreds of police deserting across the border, residents stocking up on food and basic necessities and confusion over who is running the country of 2 million people.

Here is the complete article.

The Kingdom of Lesotho, a nation Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson is very familiar with, particularly its resources, culture and pressing issues, as he continues to work with the country’s royal family. It’s somewhat an openly understood concept that tension has been escalating largely to 40% of the population living under impoverished conditions, which is documented well below the international poverty line.

In conjunction with Twin Peaks Investment Group, Neil Gibson has been diligently addressing and working to bring solutions to improving Lesotho’s transportation options as one of number of means to enhance the nation’s people to use the country’s natural resources to create a higher standard of living.

Lesotho, known as “the Kingdom in the Sky” is a beautiful, mountainous, landlocked country with enormous natural resources, situated in the middle of South Africa. Lesotho is the only independent state in the world that lies entirely above 1,000 meters or 3,300 feet in elevation; 80% of the country lies over 1,400 meters.

LORD NEIL B. GIBSON IN PAKISTAN

Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson and SFBBL AG have assembled a team of localized advisors in anticipation to regulatory requirements attached to a cultivation plan created to stimulate business growth and investment opportunities in Pakistan. Foreign investments toward projects involving infrastructures such as road and bridges has already increased to approximately $4 billion USD annually.

Lord Gibson’s presence and involvement, to an already existing financial momentum, is looked upon with additional favor and enthusiasm to further the already notable growth spurts, especially considering his understanding government and its need to cooperate with the private market place in order to improve the liberalization, deregulation and privatization of Pakistan’s financial, commercial and other business sectors.

Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson and SFBBL AG will be corresponding with local development partners to bring a world of experience to Pakistan, including multinational aid organizations, multilateral lending and export credit agencies to bring added value. Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), the Export-Import Bank (Ex-Im), the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) are among the few who have already expressed interest.

SUPREME COURT RULES IN FAVOR OF LORD NEIL B. GIBSON

A settlement agreement earlier this year in January was the result of a complaint Lord Gibson filed for libel, slander, intentional infliction of emotional distress and misappropriation of likeness. The agreement stated and promised that in exchange for not pursuing the suit further all agreed upon negative postings would be removed immediately from the internet.

Some months after the agreement was entered into, it was soon after discovered that the settlement was not upheld, and that in fact the Defendant was in violation of said agreement.

Accordingly, the court reviewed the matter upon request of Neil Gibson’s legal counsel, resulting in the honorable Lorna H. Brumfield of the Superior Court of the States of California ruling in favor of Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson, finding the Defendant to be in breech of the settlement agreement.

The court further ruled that the agreement is now to be enforced by an official order, demanding that all negative postings be removed, or face being in contempt.

While this is a clear victory for Lord Neil B. Gibson, he trusts this will influence others to be more mindful of their words and the effect it can have on one’s life, while also encouraging others who are battling unfair and inaccurate smear campaigns to continue doing the right thing, remain vigilant and pursue higher ideals.

Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson is a businessman, humanitarian and philanthropist who travels the world designing, coordinating and initiating projects to benefit the less fortunate in all walks of life.

LORD NEIL B GIBSON REVIEWS SMALL TO MEDIUM INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN PAKISTAN

REAL ESTATE

As of the last 4 years, land in Pakistan has been appreciating significantly and comparably faster than most other areas in the Asian continent. According to the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, construction outputs represent approximately 2% of the county’s GDP, with housing representing less than half that total. The demand, as a result, for urban planning and residences is very high.

FREELANCE SERVICES

Freelance professionals are sought by and frequently work with developed countries like the United States and the United Kingdom, of whom regularly hire individuals from nations such as India, Malaysia and, of course, Pakistan. Anyone who retains skills in the areas of content writing, translation, web and graphic design, the demands are strong, and thus the investment opportunity to begin a business is healthy.

AUTOMOBILE PARTS

Used automobiles are a large segment of the automotive industry, and as such, replacement parts are in constant demand. It also remains one of the easiest (arguably) businesses to become familiar with, and to start, though a decent knowledge of the varying vehicles is desirable, it’s not required or necessary.

RESTAURANT

Cuisine in Pakistan, especially in the larger cities like Karachi and Lahore, consists of a refined blend of various regional cooking traditions of South Asia, and often seen as a point of pride in Pakistani culture. Furthermore, international and fast foods have become increasingly popular, thus demonstrative of Pakistan’s culture open to dishes outside of the country. Accordingly, there are wonderful opportunities to open restaurants, ranging from full courses to simple foods like ice cream and frozen snacks due to Pakistan’s intense heat.

Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson and SFBBL AG Comment on Projects in Pakistan

Presently, opportunities abound in a variety of industries for many companies and organizations interested in sound, long term investments. Pakistan offers attractive choices for businesses that involve expertise in areas such as  power, banking, mining, natural resources exploration / exploitation, agriculture, infrastructure and telecommunications.

POWER

Pakistan is in dire need of adequate energy development to service a sizable sector not addressed, resulting in only 80% of the country’ energy requirements being met. Lord Neil B. Gibson, www.lordneilgibson.com, and SFBBL AG, www.sfbblag.com have received international attention for their continued work with the many of the world’s energy producers, and have set clear intention to with Pakistan’s banking system in starting to satisfy the county’s power needs.

SFBBL AG’s financial and development partners are well versed and retain extensive backgrounds in advising companies within the United States and abroad concerning projects related to energy production and distribution. As one of the critical components to achieving success for projects of these involves interacting with in-country key decision makers, SFBBL AG, as are its partners, currently maintain the right relationships and positions to effectively close in a timely manner.

EXPLORATION

Abundant sources of minerals, such as limestone, coal, gypsum, sulfur, crude oil and natural gas are well within Pakistan. As such, the Pakistani government has been making efforts to enhance its mining operations through modernization of their procedures and processing, including development of large production plants for large quantities of gypsum plaster, a material often used in construction.

Lord Neil Gibson and SFBBL AG are able to offer significant assistance with the financial and operational structures for the investments into the project, laying base for the mechanical functions for the project itself.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Industrial growth has placed high demands and new pressures on virtually all facets of Pakistan’s air, sea, rail and road infrastructures. While the country has successfully been able to double the number of roads over the last 10 years, it is still far below meeting the needs of varying industries positive growth. Construction of roads and bridges remain a continual challenge, and are thus seeking extensive privatization and direct foreign investment,

Neil Gibson and SFBBL AG understand the crucial importance in keeping on pace with the expansion of economic growth of the country, while furthering transportations systems spreading throughout Pakistan. In response to this boom, Lord Gibson brings a team of experts with enormous management, economic and financial resource knowledge to address the matter in such a way as to begin curbing development problems.

AGRICULTURE

Pakistan boasts a significant agricultural economy, presently the country’s largest producer. Most investments are geared toward increasing productivity and furthering profitability in many related areas including crops, dairy, forestry, irrigation, land management and seed production.

The United States is presently one of the largest export markets for Pakistani agricultural goods.

Lord Gibson and SFBBL AG have strong histories in commodities, futures contracts and agricultural products in general. Through the years, Lord Neil B. Gibson has gained enormous relationships to help reach significant milestones in leveraging agricultural products, including enhancements and directly attributable skills from members of SFBBL AG.

PETROCHEMICAL

Deregulation of oil and gas has created a far more competitive market, which is also the most significant are of foreign investment in Pakistan. The need for oil and gas, however, has continued to become greater, as the transportation industry demand has increased substantially.

As the Pakistani government provides fair and equal treatment for foreign and local investors within the industry, the country is making notable strides in harnessing its domestic production of crude oil.

Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson and SFBBL AG are very familiar and knowledgeable with petrochemicals, having worked closely with a number of the world’s largest oil producing companies and families. Lord Neil B. Gibson’s approach will be one from a tactical, market responsive and, most importantly, relationship based strategy, keeping in mind the desire for Pakistan to first rectify its country’s demand for gas and oil.

OPPORTUNITIES OPEN IN PAKISTAN FOR LORD NEIL B. GIBSON AND SFBBL AG

Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson and SFBBL AG have teamed up with local business men, including advisors and various partners adept in Pakistan legal affairs for proper guidance..

An advantage that Lord Gibson maintains in bringing the business opportunities from concept to reality is access to local and national Pakistani and European government officials, agencies and decision makers.

With foreign investments having increased well over tenfold to approximately $4 billion annually, the desire and importance in these investments being successful is enormous, and as such, are in need of professionals such as Lord Neil Gibson  and SFBBL AG.

Consequently, the Pakistani and foreign governments have collectively been working to foster increased liberalization, deregulation and privatization of Pakistan’s financial, commercial and other business markets.

New, non-military aid packages to support such financial endeavors in both domestic and international businesses have been deployed by a number of additional foreign governments. INDIA TO EVACUATE IRAQ

NEW DELHI: India's operation in strife-torn Iraq is fast taking the shape of a full-scale evacuation of all Indians. Evacuation is being carried out not only from Sunni-controlled troubled areas, but also from Shia-dominated areas that are relatively peaceful, indicating that New Delhi now believes that the situation in Iraq is fast spinning out of control.

This week, over 600 Indians will leave their workplaces and jobs and fly back to India, helped by the Indian government. Many of these people do not have their papers in order. The Indian embassy is quickly putting their documents in place and planning to put these Indians on commercial flights from Baghdad and other Iraqi cities from where flights are still taking off.
Already two ships have been sent to Iraq to evacuate stranded Indians. It is reliably learnt that cargo ships have also been sent to Basra to carry Indians to the nearest safe port from where IAF or Air India planes will carry them back home.

With ISIS declaring the establishment of a caliphate, the reading here is that the Sunni-Shia battle will get more bitter. As there's no one really with a line to ISIS, the sense of foreboding has only grown. Meanwhile, it is believed here that the 40 kidnapped Indians are being used as captive labour by ISIS.

Describing the transportation of Indians back home as a "proactive approach", MEA spokesman Syed Akbaruddin told journalists that Indian diplomats are seeking out Indian nationals at their homes and places of work in Iraq to deliver the message that they should leave while the going is good and the airports are still open.

Foreign minister Sushma Swaraj (second from left) meets family members of workers abducted in Iraq.

The MEA has dispatched over 25 officials to the key Iraq cities outside the conflict zone to facilitate the repatriation of Indian workers by helping them with documentation and air tickets.

With Air India, military transport aircraft and naval vessels on standby, India is, for the time being, making use of the commercial flights that are still operating from Iraq's main cities — Najaf, Kerbala, Basra and Baghdad. MEA officials are refusing to describe the exercise as an "evacuation" which evokes memories of Libya.

Officials here no longer rule out the possibility of Iraq, as the modern world has known it, disintegrating. For its part, the Iraqi government, now armed with Russian Sukhoi fighter aircraft, has started air strikes on Tirril and other ISIS positions.

POOR ROBIN WILLIAMS

The news of his death sent shock waves through Hollywood and the nation, and prompted an outpouring of grieving tweets and statements from everyone from the president of the United States to the Sesame Street gang.
"Robin Williams was an airman, a doctor, a genie, a nanny, a president, a professor, a bangarang Peter Pan, and everything in between," President Obama said in a statement. "But he was one of a kind. He arrived in our lives as an alien – but he ended up touching every element of the human spirit. He made us laugh. He made us cry. He gave his immeasurable talent freely and generously to those who needed it most – from our troops stationed abroad to the marginalized on our own streets. The Obama family offers our condolences to Robin's family, his friends, and everyone who found their voice and their verse thanks to Robin Williams."
CNN reported a statement from Pam Dawber, Williams' co-star in the wacky Mork & Mindy of the late 1970s, which introduced Williams to an amazed nation. "I am completely and totally devastated. What more can be said?!" Dawber said.
"We mourn the loss of our friend Robin Williams, who always made us laugh and smile," the Sesame Street tweet read.
"I saw him on stage the very first time he auditioned at The Improv in Los Angeles," said Jay Leno in a statement. "And we have been friends ever since. It's a very sad day."
Williams' last tweet and Instagram was on July 31, when he wished his daughter, Zelda Rae, a happy 25th birthday and posted a picture of himself with her as a child. "Quarter of a century old today but always my baby girl," he captioned the photo.
In San Francisco, where Williams for a while lived in the fog-shrouded oceanside Sea Cliff neighborhood, residents were shocked and saddened.
"He seemed like a good San Franciscan," said Griff Behncke, 35, who was waiting to take the ferry ride back to Sausalito, near Tiburon. He remembers Williams donating blood after the 9/11 terror attacks, and then entertaining the long line of people waiting to donate.
Williams will reprise his role as Theodore Roosevelt in the third Night at the Museumfilm. Fox issued a statement, according to Entertainment Weekly.
"There really are no words to describe the loss of Robin Williams. He was immensely talented, a cherished member of our community, and part of the Fox family. Our hearts go out to his family, friends and fans. He will be deeply missed."
Williams, who won an Oscar for his supporting role in Good Will Hunting, also recently signed on to reprise his beloved role as Mrs. Doubtfire in a sequel to be directed by Chris Columbus, according to EW.

Williams has battled health problems and struggled with substance abuse for decades. Only last month he went into rehab at Hazelden Addiction Treatment Center in Minnesota, and was expected to stay there for several weeks.

JAMAICANS 52 year independence from Britain

Jamaicans are celebrating the 52nd anniversary of the country's independence from British rule on the island and abroad on August 6, Yahoo reported.
The island was ruled by Britain for three centuries. For some, Jamaica's week-long independence day celebration is a time to spend a relaxing day at home, while others party it up. The Gala parade in Kingston is where hundreds participate, dressed in costumes representing various aspects of their culture and history. Filled with music, dance and energy, it is one of the most festive events on the island, according to Jamaican's Music.
If a relaxing day is what's in store, Jamaica has many beaches to lie out on. Hellshire Beach in St. Catherine is renowned for its fried fish dishes and the beach is almost always busy. Besides aquatic sports, activities at the beach include dancing contests and horseback riding.
Jamaica Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller said, "This is Jamaica, my Jamaica," which is a statement that unites citizens for a common purpose. Jamaicans are stakeholders in the country and residents must take responsibility for their actions.
"We must make the necessary sacrifices, the issues we face are national and broad-based," Simpson Miller said. "Because this is our Jamaica, each Jamaican must own and contribute to mitigating them."
The English seized Jamaica in 1655. Britain abolished the slave trade in 1807, but did not emancipate the roughly 290,000 people that were bonded to plantation owners. Slowly, slaves began to gain rights and were eventually emancipated in 1834, but the island's whites still controlled the island's affairs because everyone else was too poor to register to vote, Yahoo reported.
Equal suffrage wasn't introduced until 1944, and the following year, Britain's new labor government began an official decolonization policy. Jamaica gained its independence on Aug. 6, 1962.
Despite Jamaica celebrating its independence, a 2011 poll showed that 60 percent of islanders said they would like to return to British rule, citing years of social and monetary mismanagement, according to Yahoo.

THE POOR PEOPLE IN GAZA.

Hamas rejects 4-hour cease-fire extension in Gaza
Yousef Al-Helou and Janelle Dumalaon, Special for USA TODAY 3:09 p.m. EDT July 26, 2014

GAZA CITY — Hamas rejected Israel's four-hour extension of a humanitarian cease-fire Saturday as the Palestinian death toll in the conflict rose to more than 1,000.

Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri sent a text message to reporters Saturday, saying: "No agreement to extending the calm for an additional four hours." A short time afterward, the Israeli military said three rockets were fired from Gaza.

The cease-fire rejection came after the Israeli Cabinet agreed to extend the 12-hour truce until midnight Saturday, and Yuval Steinitz, an Israeli Cabinet minister, said a further extension would be considered.

Earlier Saturday, the Israeli military had warned that it "shall respond if terrorists choose to exploit" the lull to attack Israeli troops "or fire at Israeli civilians." It also said that operations to locate and neutralize tunnels would continue.

Meanwhile, at least 100 bodies were recovered Saturday, Gaza health official Ashraf al-Kidra said, as Palestinians used the cease-fire to move medical supplies and tend to the dead and injured in the Gaza Strip.

As the initial lull in hostilities began at 8 a.m. Saturday, Gazans poured onto the streets to find food supplies, look for missing family members or return to homes they left for shelters. The nearly three weeks of fighting has left swaths of rubble, destroyed roads and damaged power infrastructure in residential neighborhoods across the strip.

More than 1,000 Palestinians, mainly civilians, have been killed since the conflict began on July 8. Another 6,000 have been wounded. In Israel, 43 have died, including 40 soldiers, two civilians and a Thai worker.

Imad Nasrallah, 38, said he and others have made it a point not to forget the living.

"With my brothers and neighbors, we volunteer and go help others, in case their homes were targeted," Nasrallah said. "We transfer the wounded to hospitals or go carry the martyrs and bury them."

Saturday's temporary truce was the second and the longest since the conflict began on July 8. A humanitarian cease-fire on July 17 was quickly overlooked as rocket fire resumed as soon as the set five hours expired.

In Paris on Saturday, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry met with European foreign ministers to find ways to build off Saturday's lull.

On Friday, Israel rejected a U.S.-backed proposal for a weeklong truce because it would require its forces to interrupt its operation to destroy Hamas tunnels. Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon told troops Friday that Israel may significantly widen the Gaza ground operation.

A truce proposed by Egypt last week was rejected by Hamas because the group said it wasn't consulted. Hamas says any peace deal must include the lifting of a blockade against Gaza.

In the northern town of Beit Hanoun, residents — many of whom had fled days earlier — encountered widespread destruction Saturday.

"Nothing is left. Everything I have is gone," said Siham Kafarneh, 37, weeping as she talked about the destroyed home she had spent 10 years saving up for and moved into just two months ago.

The continued hostilities have meant nowhere is safe for Nasrallah and his family as shelters no longer offer the promise of security, he said.

"It's not safe to go out but there is no guarantee our homes are safe," said Nasrallah. "Many houses were hit by Israeli tank shelling and airstrikes while people were inside.

WALTON HALL's connection to LORD NEIL GIBSON, WARTER PRIORY and WHELDRAKE

WALTON HALL's connection to LORD NEIL GIBSON, WARTER PRIORY and WHELDRAKE.

Lord Neil B. Gibson's journey started off at his birth in Walton Hall. He was born on September 10th 1963. Later on in life through accusation of lands. Lord Neil B. Gibson retained his title as seen today. Lord of Wheldrake and Warter Priory. This was under the Assignor asset claimed incorporeal rights to the said style and title pursuant to the Law of Property ACT 1925.

Wheldrake and Warter Priory are within a 25 mile radius as the crow flys of each other.

Walton Hall is a stately home in the county of West Yorkshire, England, near Wakefield. It was built in the Palladian style in 1767 on an island within a 26-acre (11 ha) lake, on the site of a former moated medieval hall. It was the ancestral home of the naturalist and traveller Charles Waterton, who made Walton Hall into the world's first wildfowl and nature reserve. Waterton's son, Edmund, sold the estate.

The Waterton Collection is now in Wakefield Museum.

Walton Hall is now part of the Waterton Park Hotel. In the 1940s and again in the early 1950s and early 1960s the Hall was a maternity home.

Walton Hall with his residence at Cawthorne, was home to the Old English (Anglo-Saxon) Chieftain, Ailric, the ancestor of Charles Waterton, who is mentioned in the Domesday Book and was the Kings Thane for South Yorkshire. The day the Normans first came to Yorkshire, Ailric was at Walton Hall and was alerted by a man on horseback that they were coming in force. He hastily amassed his retainers and on horseback they ambushed the mounted Norman knights of Ilbert de Laci, who were moving on the road from Tanshelf to Wakefield. The better armoured and armed knights of Ilbert de Laci were able to drive off this attack. For 2–3 years Ailric was able to maintain a guerrilla war out of his estates in the west of South Yorkshire, until Ilbert was forced to come to an accommodation with him, whereby Ailric would communicate with the local people and Ilbert would grant him back, many of his former estates, including Walton Hall.

The descendant of this family, Sara le Neville, married Thomas De Burgh, the Steward of the Countess of Brittany, Duchess of Richmond. Walton Hall was one of six manors, including the manors at Silkstone and Cawthorne and the De Burgh manors in North Yorkshire, that she lived at through the year. In 1333, Sir Philip de Burgh was granted a licence to 'crenelate' his manor house at Walton.

The Waterton family acquired the Cawthorne estates and those at Walton in which was Walton Hall, with the marriage in 1435 of Constance Asshenhull, the heiress of the De Burgh family, to Richard Waterton.

In the time of Sir Robert Waterton who served King Henry VIII the hall came to the waters edge and was three storeys high. Sir Robert Waterton's father-in-law was Sir Richard Tempest, who was with King Henry VIII at the Field of the Cloth of Gold. His father in law was also Steward of the King's manor of Wakefield and involved in the Tempest - Saville feud. The only part of the old buildings that remain is the old watergate, which is said to be part of an earlier 14th century structure. At that time it was the only entrance to be made, across a lowered drawbridge. The old oak hall referred to by Charles Waterton was on the second storey and was in an L shape.

The entrance hall at Walton Hall still has armorial shields on the walls that represent the ancestors of the Waterton family at Walton Hall. The Waterton family intermarried with other prominent Yorkshire families of the medieval age, including the Percys, the Barnbys, the Wentworths, the Hildyards and others.lordgibson.co.uk,lordneilbenjamingibson.com,ktob.info
