How Lord Neil Gibson Helps The World

While you may not have heard of his name, Lord Neil Benjamin Gibson has been working quietly to uplift communities all over the world. Using a unique mix of business acumen and philanthropic endeavors, Gibson creates businesses that create jobs and uplift people with no other options.  Sadly, there are people all over the world who have no ability to find work that will allow them to feed their families and build lives for themselves, even though they are physically located in close proximity to natural resources that could sustain generations if it was only utilized.  The majority of the time, natural resources are not exploited due to a lack of infrastructure being installed previous to attempting excavation, mostly due to lack of foreign investment in the area and cooperation from local governments.  Lord Neil Gibson is in the business of building partnerships between governments and investors in order to see a plan through from beginning to end.  Starting with putting together foreign investment teams with access to capital, intellectual ability and resources with the heads of local governments, deals are worked out to share in the profits between investors and the local population, and workers are provided with a means to support themselves.

Gibson has been successful numerous times in the installation of a complete ground up build that began with housing and transportation routes and ended with actual installation of the mines and factories that ultimately produce the products for export.  Investors are repaid with dividends from the profits and maintain an ownership stake in the businesses, while local governments benefit from the exports and taxes.  The population of people surrounding the newly installed businesses have access to work, as well as the ability to create new businesses that service the community.

Gibson is new on track to provide such services in areas of the Middle East, and is working closely with investors in Dubai.  Through access to large pools of investment capital and government negotiations with foreign entities interested in bringing their services to the area, it is a win win for everyone involved.
